How do I book an appointment?
You can book online 24/7 through our Square booking page — just click Book Now. Select your service, choose a date and time, and confirm. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.
Can I walk in without booking?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability. To guarantee your slot, we recommend booking in advance — especially on Saturdays and during After Hours.
What does “Include Enhancement” mean?
Our Adult Grooming service includes an enhancement — this covers finishing touches such as a line-up, beard shape, or hot towel treatment depending on your style. It’s included in the price.
What are After Hours appointments?
After Hours slots are available between 7pm and 10pm for clients who can’t make it during standard opening hours. These are priced at £60 for a 40-minute session.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Yes — our Under 17s service is available for £20 (30 mins). We’re patient and experienced with younger clients and make sure they feel comfortable throughout.
What is a Shape Up?
A Shape Up is a 20-minute precision service that sharpens your hairline, edges, and beard line. It’s perfect for maintaining your look between full cuts.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. You can manage your booking through the confirmation email sent by Square, or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.
