1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the House of Grooming Hair Studio Ltd website (hoggrooming.co.uk) and our barbershop services. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments are booked through Square Appointments. By booking, you agree to Square’s Terms of Service.
  • We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in us requiring a deposit for future bookings.

3. Pricing

All prices are as listed on our services page and Square booking platform. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. After Hours Appointments

After Hours appointments (7pm–10pm) are charged at the After Hours rate of £60. This rate applies regardless of the service performed during those hours.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to staff or other clients.

6. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information only. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You must not misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and the HOG Grooming logo — is owned by House of Grooming Hair Studio Ltd. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
